About Me.

I currently serve as Assistant Professor of Theatre and Producing-Artistic Director of University Theatre at the University of Wisconsin – Superior. I earned my M.F.A. in Acting with a specialization in devised theatre and the creation of new works from The Ohio State University in the Department of Theatre, Film, and Media Arts and hold a B.F.A. in Theatre from Chapman University.

I am proud to bring a diverse combination of professional experience and academic success to the classroom after 20 years of working in theatre, film, commercials, theatre for young artists, devised theatre, theatre for social change, and new media. I have directed and performed for theatre companies around the country including Shakespeare Orange County, East L.A. Classic Theatre, Shakespeare at the Castle, Improv Olympic West, Lord Denney’s Players, Obvious Child Productions, Harlequin Productions (WA), Rude Guerrilla Theatre Company, and The Sound Company where I serve as Producing Artistic Director.

 

I maintain an active professional career as an interdisciplinary artist, director, and actor; and am an eligible member of SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists) having appeared in dozens of national and regional commercials, industrials, television, and films that have been featured at festivals around the country including the Sundance Film Festival and the Los Angeles International Film Festival.
